Bryony also offers other yoga classes regularly, which are not specifically oriented to equestrians.  
Movement & Meditation for Every Body is a 25 minute online class, offered as a 6 week series with a different theme each series.  Private, semi-private, and customized group sessions are also available, by appointment.  For information, click below.
